Andie is AMAZING!! She _listened_ to my explanation of why these flowers (a birthday gift) needed to be special & she delivered!! In every sense of the word!! My friend loved the arrangement that she received this past Sunday & texted me today to let me know how gorgeous & fragrant the arrangement still is today!! Thank you so much, Andie!! Beautiful, fresh flowers delivered to my cousin for her birthday. There was an issue with the delivery due to an unexpected event that I did not anticipate. Michael's Flowers went above and beyond to solve the problem. My cousin was very happy to receive her flowers, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
